Most of my friends have their tattoos done, which look really nice and trendy on them. It is as if I am surrounded by people with tattoos. One day my work mate who has a tattoo on her lower back, geve me the idea of getting a tattoo done on my lower neck . Since the neck is such a sensitive body part, I wanted to know before getting a tattoo done that how much pain can I feel if I get a lower neck tattoo done?
