It would be really great if some of you out there would tell me what you think of the high voltage tattoo parlor? I was once told about this place, and a couple of my mates told me it is believed to be high-quality. It is somewhere in Hollywood right? Could you give me the exact location so it is easier for me to find it? I would like your opinion on how good their work and their tattoos are? Is it a very well known tattoo parlor? Does it cost too much to get a tattoo made there? Do they have artists who make their own designs too or do they make replicas?
