Where can one get a Ghost tattoo ?

Hey guys, my son has this demand to get a grim reaper tattoo on his shoulder as he loves all this dark and ghost stuff. Do you think I should allow my son to go for such tattoo? What else, suggest me some other good tattoo for my kid?
