You guys heard of the bulls eye tattoo parlor. Where is it situated and how is it? I believe it is quite good, as I have heard from a couple of friends. I need some more opinions. I want to know what makes one tattoo parlor different than the other. What is the difference between tattoo parlors? What makes one better than the other. How do you judge the safety of the tattoo that you are getting done?
