The place where I picked it up from defines it as the Calavera Tattoo, which in Spanish means a Skull. If getting the messiah inscribed was one of the most pious inscriptions, this has to go down as one of the most unholy ones. Unholy for the reason that Calavera holds many meanings associated with the Day of the Dead, something which the Mexicans celebrate vehemently. They use such skulls to glorify the altar at certain instances. This guy surely must be a Mexican. Sorry pal, didnât like that flowery ghost!
