Dying-to-get-laid tattoo

I know it could be a real challenge for a guy to hide his “desperation” for some female company, but this is really ridiculous. The tattoo is endlessly funny in its own right but how will it actually help this guy get what he so obviously craves is beyond me. The worse thing is the poor thing cant even use to ink to his own benefit what with the underarm tattoo only being visible in a, er, “handsfree” position!
