Where should I go for a dragonfly tattoo on the body?

I am planning to get this dragonfly tattoo done in California but I am confused which part of the body would best suit the tattoo. Do you think torso tattoo will be sexy. Awaiting your suggestions. Also suggest me sites to help further.
