Women are no less than men in the market of tattoos, as they makes 50% of it. A recent Harris Poll dating to 2003 showed more than 40 million Americans have at least one tattoo, and women are getting inked at the same rate as men. It also stated that democrats have more tattoos than Republicans. The poll said only 17 percent of people regret getting a tattoo, most often because it has someone’s name, and although the ink was permanent but the relationship was not. 🙁
Women get themselves tattooed to gain attention and look sexy with that piece of art. The often inked portion is the arm, lower back, tummy and shoulder.
People on the west coast have more tattoos than those in other parts of the country.
We the woman will never be behind men in any field. Let me suggest you to ink yourself with any damn design than writing someone’s name. As, if the relation breaks that tattoo will always remind you of that person.
