Guess what! Swedish tattoo magazine Tare Lugnt has got its third issue out and the issue is not on the paper but on someone’s skin. Yups, you read it correctly! Issue 3 of the magazine is nothing but a tattoo itself. Now thatâs called going to extremes to amaze the readers. Itâs a little extreme, to say the least, but it sure is eye catching. I wonder where the fourth issue would appear!
