Don’t miss the 13th Annual Richmond Tattoo Arts Festival, Virginia, USA @ the Holiday Inn Koger Center, November 18th – 20th 2005. The festival was started twelve years ago by Billy Eason. The event features world-class artists, award-winning flash, tattoo contests, speakers and collectors.
