neckI hope we all don’t mind whenever there is a controversy with respect to our LOVE and LIFE; I mean the ultimate art of tattooing and tattoos. Here’s another one and that too related to the funky rules of army. Charles Keller is struggling to join the ‘only disciplined stock’, but his eight tattoos are hampering his plans, especially the one on his neck – the 3-inch red, white and blue flag and eagle, which the army says is unmilitary; as if the bloody game they’re playing in Iraq is military.
