I want to get a bulls-eye tattoo, but I am not sure where to get it done. I was thinking the back of the neck. I also want to get a realistic arrow made pointing at it. How does that sound? I think that would look cool too, what kind of bulls-eye tattoo should I get. I want to know if it should be colored or what? The arrow will be in brown that is for sure.
