Christina Ricci, 27, who is formerly the model for Samsonite Black Label’s new Fashionaire luggage collection showed off her new lion tattoo on her back when she arrived at the Gramercy Park Hotel on Thursday in a backless dress. Formerly she worked as a child star and revealed the secret the story behind this tattoo as follows:
It’s Aslan, the lion from The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe. It’s a symbol of my hellish childhood. I struggled through my oppressive teenage years and when I turned 18 I escaped. Like Aslan I was finally free.”
The tattoo is not a massive design and is inked in black. She wear many other small tattoos on her body like a bird on her bust, one on her right wrist, a phrase on under her breast, another bird on her tummy, on her back and word ‘fuck’ on her right thigh.
