Steve Moore has inked this great piece of art. Steve has earlier worked with Sacred Heart in Canada. The back is inked in in a beautiful mask and there are other tattoo not clearly visible on shoulder and arm.
He started this work of inking in 1993 in Toronto. Now he has his own private studio in Vancouver, BC, Canada. He takes $165 per hour.
