The results of the Cincinnati Tattoo Expo, held at the Holiday Inn in Eastgate, Ohio, from Sept. 23-25 are out. J.J. Osman of Dollstar Tattoo shop, Maysville, has won the Top Three Artist Choice Best Black and Gray Small Tattoo Award at the expo. J.J. was waiting for the results from a long time. Artist from all over the country submitted their tattoo designs at the expo.
